19 years - Conspiracy A man who I did not know was arrested with drugs and a pistol. In order for him to save his hide, he identified me as the one who owned the drugs and gun. I was already under indictment and so I was charged with conspiracy. I took a plea agreement because I was afraid to take it to trial where I might lose and get 30 years or more.
At my sentencing I received 19 years in federal prison.
