28 and a half years - Conspiracy
I am the father of seven children. I have never been in trouble before and have served on 3 years of a 28 year-4 month federal prison sentence. I was convicted of a cocaine conspiracy.
One of my children is retarded and I suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure - at 59 years old, prison is taking a terrible toll on my and my family's life.
I am Cuban and would like to go home.
