Cirilo Mendoza

I have been convicted of a drug conspiracy that did not exist. I worked for the city of Muscatine and before that I worked at I.B.P., meat packing company to provide for my wife of 16 years and my two daughters.

There were never any drugs found on me or even near me, but yet the government said I was in possession of drugs. For this I received a sentence of 20 years.
