Sherry L. Waters #11171-058

Sherry was sentenced to 15 years 6 months for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

During cross examination, Agent O'Brien admitted that she had no independent knowledge of the accusations she was making against Ms. Waters. The statements against Sherry were being made by high-level drug offenders who were co-defendants in a prior proceeding. Agent O'Brien further admitted that no government agent had any personal knowledge of the allegations made against Ms. Waters despite a very long and extensive investigation.

Sherry was virtually snatched away and out of her daughters' lives. They now are being raised by their elderly grandparents.
