30 Years - Crack Conspiracy

I received a 30-year sentence for exercising what I thought was my right to go to trial. The prosecutor took advantage of the "tail that wags the dog." The indictment charged 1 kilo of cocaine, which had a 5-year minimum sentence. At sentencing it was enhanced to 704 grams of crack.

I move forward, exhausting all my remedies in court, however it is an uphill battle that consists of hurt and pain when the government is against you and you are alone.
