15 Years -- LSD Conspiracy
I was a college student at the time of my arrest, and although I never actually sold any LSD, I was convicted of conspiracy to traffic based solely on hearsay evidence.
First offense of any kind! I am a non-violent offender, housed in a maximum security prison with violent felons.
Because the state of Missouri accepts the weight of the paper to be part of the LSD, I will spend the next 12 years in prison, for ONE GRAM OF PAPER!
Where's the justice in that?
